How do we live with Dignity, Respect, Courage, Honour, and Fierce Compassion?

Step across a psychological line and enter into The Samurai Game®…. In this one day workshop we move through various experiential exercises to heighten awareness of ourselves, others and the world around us in preparation for the game. At the heart of the day we enter 15th century Japan and take on the social code of the Samurai. Through completely changing our mindset there is an opportunity to become hyper-aware of our behaviour and choices moment-to-moment.

 This event will leave you with:

• An greatly enhanced awareness of self and others;

<!--[if gte mso 9]> Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 <![endif]-->• A deep, dignified, respect for self and life;

• Increased capacities for communication, connection, listening, decision making, leading and following, and for creating solid teams and relationships;

• A heightened sense of the value of life and the need for peaceful resolution to conflict;

• An unmatched study in organizational behavior and group dynamics;

• An expanded understanding of habitual tendencies and what to do about them.

You are invited to join us for an 'Interfaith Gathering' in North Devon (every third Sunday of the month) ~ a space where you can deepen into your own spirituality, whatever that may be, and also explore and learn about other faith traditions.  The Coach House at Kentisbury Grange offers a superb large lounge area, full of easy chairs ~ that is both welcoming and very comfortable.The evening begins with a guided visualisation accompanied by crystal singing bowls, leading into a short quiet meditative space.  From then on each Gathering explores faith traditions and celebrations that occur during that month and is open to include sharing of readings, poems, prayers, chanting, drumming or music.  A sacred space is then created to connect to your own Spiritual Source and Healing energies are sent out to those named and then to those in need across the world.Refreshments are then served and brought back into the Circle as we sit in an open and facilitated discussion with more sharing of thoughts and offerings, finishing with closing the Circle at 9.30pm.All are welcome and please do bring any readings, poems, prayers or songs that you would like to share.  For more information please contact Rev Heather Holt on 01598 763438 or visit website:  www.rhythmsofgrace.co.uk and see directions to venue on www.kentisburygrange.co.uk     We look forward to welcoming you!
