Deepening into Sacred Awareness
A group gathering on the third Sunday of the month called ‘Deepening into Sacred Awareness’ where we will be looking at sacred and mystical texts, learning body prayers, chants, meditation techniques, guided visualisations ….. and deepening our connection to our own Divine Presence ~ whatever that may be. There will generally be one crystal bowl played for attunement into the Stillness (usually the base chakra bowl (C)). Each month a book will be recommended or a reading sent out for the group to discuss when we meet ….. and so this gathering will be by its very nature becoming one of more serious study, reflection and deepening into our own sacred awareness. Please do bring any readings, poems, prayers or songs that you would like to share.
A sacred space is created to connect to your own Spiritual Source ~ and Healing energies are sent out to those named and then to those in need across the world. All those named are then put onto the Golden Heart Healing List (see below). Refreshments included. Donations only.
