IMA Members on the Public Register (RIMA) are required to have professional liability insurance to protect those to whom they minister. The IMA has negotiated a tailored group policy with Balen's and you can download the relevant forms above. This policy can be extended to include cover for other therapies that you may offer. The policy is valid for UK residents.
Alternative insurance policies covering interfaith ministry are available from organisations such as IPTI. You are also welcome to arrange your own cover with other brokers/insurers, provided this gives cover for your current work.
The 2010 insurance forms can be downloaded from this page. The premiums have been held at the same levels as in 2009.
