I am here to support you, as I am supported, by the great blessing of an ongoing, expanding relationship with the Spirit of Absolute Love that holds all.

My background is creative and relational: sculpting, design, animation, running workshops in most of the arts, and counselling with adults, children and groups [MA in Intergrative Arts Psychotherapy]. I am passionate about living in balance with nature, seing and respecting the Soul in all creatures, the healing joy of humour and the gentle power of kindness.

Pausing, taking time out, inviting self-love and waiting for the dust to settle, reaching out beyond what we think we know about a situation: all this can be hard to engage with in the presures of everyday life. Whether the getting together of a ceremony is required, or the therapy of the Soul, I've seen how resourced we all are when given the breathing space, and the results are trustworthy, enduring and meaningful.
