SPIRITUAL COUNSELLING
I offer a safe and honouring space in which to open to our inherent wholeness and healing through our connection with Source. After my initial training in psychosynthesis, I have worked in different therapeutic settings with individuals, couples and groups.
CEREMONIES
I hold all ceremonies as pathways to the Sacred. In an atmosphere of support and gentleness, we will explore together the kind of ceremony that will hold meaning for you and reflect your desire and intent. Ceremonies are a vital way of marking life’s stages and transitions and in the act of co-creation can be found beauty, celebration, solace and nourishment. This is true for those of faith and no faith.
With a teaching background in the Arts and working mostly with adolescents - I am convinced that to truly serve our young, to offer them Rites of Passage is essential to assist in the flowering of their maturity. Equally as we reach mid-life and engage with our advancing years, Rites of Passage are a gateway to wisdom.
BACKGROUND
I have been apprenticed to a Native American Shaman and have a passion for the Divine feminine, a deep love of Gaia and resonance with Ecopsychology – believing that our increasing dis-ease and dis-harmony has its roots in our disconnection from sacred earth, our home. In the belief of this critical time as a time of potential awakening and rising consciousness, my present spiritual practice is , in a variety of ways, a continual return to presence and the here and now; the compassionate presence of heart.
IN ADDITION
Over the years my experience has rooted firmly in the healing power of creativity, as well as being a way of finding alignment and balance. From this place of continual self exploration, I offer ceramic sacred vessels as ‘dreaming bowls’ for meditation and ceremonial work.
