The basis of my spiritual practice is Mindfulness and Metta (Lovingkindness) and this informs the work I am called to do:
Teaching Mindfulness Meditation. Teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques as well as meditation. This is particularly helpful as a support through serious illness or when newly diagnosed. My personal interest is in working with people challenged by chronic illness as this is something I have experienced myself. I have worked for 7 years with people living with serious or terminal illness.
Facilitating personal growth and awareness through spiritual coaching by phone or Skype. This gentle approach helps you to move towards a more open-hearted and authentic way of living.
Spiritual Counselling for troubled times and when you are experiencing any sort of loss.
Spiritual healing.
CEREMONIES AND RITES OF PASSAGE
It is a joy to create a ceremony for any rite of passage. My aim is to create something that speaks to the heart and connects everyone present. Each ceremony becomes an individual expression of who you are and can be simple or elaborate, non-religious or steeped in your own tradition.
