I was raised in the Roman Catholic tradition. My life's journey has taken me on a path of continued expansion and exploration, deepening my openness and tolerance for all traditions. My daily practice is a mixture of reading from a variety of inspirational, spiritual and therapeutic texts, meditation, and bodymind centering work. During my studies with the Interfaith Seminary I have stepped onto the Path of Compassion, being strongly influenced by the work of Karen Armstrong and the Charter for Compassion. Because of this, I have taken the title of Chaplain of Compassion which I feel best describes my path.
As a Spiritual Counsellor and mentor, I am available to listen and assist you in reclaiming your own innate wisdom. It is my belief that we all hold within our Selves the very key we may be seeking elsewhere. You may want some clarity about an issue that appears small. Or you may be facing a situation that feels overwhelming. Sometimes the real need is to simply discover the question.
Whatever the size or depth of the matter, together we can create a space that feels safe for you to inquire into the issue and your feelings connected to it; a time to be still long enough to hear that quiet, small voice of your heart’s deepest desire -- a chance to re-member your Original Nature.Bodymind awareness work and simple meditation skills are also available to support you in deepening your awareness.

As an Interfaith Minister and celebrant, I would be honoured to assist you in creating ceremonies for important life-events such as:
baby-naming, baby-welcoming ceremony
wedding, hand-fasting or partner commitment ceremonies*
funeral, memorial, or life-celebration services
relationship endings
rites of passage
home or house blessing
I am happy to create with you a secular/humanist ceremony or, if you wish, incorporate elements of a particular tradition or a mixture of traditions. My theatre background brings to you the gift of an original, site-specific event.
