Background & orientation:

My spiritual call to service crystallized in 1995 with an awakening experience that caused me to leave my legal career and embark on a diverse, creative and profoundly spiritual journey of personal transformation and professional healer training with Hands of Light author Barbara Ann Brennan at her school in America, over a four-year period.

This cellular experience of support to awaken through exposure to spiritual truth, creativity and healing guided by skilled teachers in a powerful intentional field of unconditional love, non-judgement and in community remains my spiritual keynote and the foundation from which I evolve.

Subsequent, in-depth therapist training with The Journey pioneer Brandon Bays gave me extensive experience of facilitating emotional process work. My seminary training increased my exposure to many Faith traditions, built on my ceremony-writing experience and sealed my commitment to service in a practical, tangible way, through ordination.

My calling:

is to contribute to humanity’s collective journey of healing and transformation, by teaching individuals and groups how to undo unnecessary suffering caused by misuse of the mind and reveal instead the deeper, creative and evolutionary aspects of the self, so that we increase peace & fulfillment within individuals, and harmony & creativity in all relations.

One-to-one work:

Awakening Work™: I offer one-to-one support in person or by telephone, through a unique form of deep inquiry/ healing/ spiritual counseling. Inquiries to 07803 162236 or by email.

Although some of what you have read here may sound theoretical, its effects are very practical. I have helped people with all manner of challenges – physical, emotional, psycho-spiritual, creative, relationship and professional. I’ve worked to assist those in the healing professions, including therapists and ministers, in many ways, from clarifying their unique calling, to creating healthier working relationships in dealing with clients. I have worked most frequently amongst those with a sense of purpose, calling or vision and a spiritual orientation, that are looking for clarity and effective help to unlock what is sensed but has remained beyond awareness.

I work as a fellow human being, in service to my brothers and sisters that feel called to work with me, in relation to their current struggle and/ or longing to access their personal ‘next step’. And of course, I will refer you if I feel unable to meet you in a way that provides what you require for your journey.

Drop the Judgement™ seminars & training:

I offer evening and full-day seminars and training teaching people how to apply a unique, universal healing process called Drop the Judgement. It is a remarkably effective, straight-to-the-point, user-friendly spoken process that is truly accessible to all. It is universal in that you can apply it to any of life’s difficulties or spiritual challenges and it is deeply personal in that the path it lays out before you is always your personal ‘next step’ that you will recognise as right or true for you. Therefore, it is an extraordinary tool for facilitating personal and spiritual development.

Others have described it as teaching ‘forgiveness’, ‘acceptance’ or ‘surrender to truth’. The prayer in response to which the process arose was ‘How can I help them overcome their resistance?’ – a plea for the students I was teaching in 2001- and from my perspective, that is what it does.

Ceremony Creation:

I have been writing healing and creative ceremonies since 1996 and although it is rare that I write ceremonies professionally now, people sometimes seek me out when there is a particular need for healing, or a particular spiritual creative aspiration.

Examples of work I have done include:

• Funerals, shamanic journeying, healing processes and/ or memorial ceremonies where there has been death in distressing circumstances that left people with some unusually difficult feelings.

• Couple ceremonies between two highly conscious individuals seeking to access the highest spiritual potential for their union, and in one case, for their separation.

• Mother and child ceremonies eg. welcoming the incoming soul during pregnancy, when the mother lacked confidence; baby-blessing for an emigrating family seeking a new beginning.

• Ceremonies where people holding a multiplicity of faith traditions are to be brought together.

Community Work:

Ongoing, regular, face-to-face group meetings in Brighton & Hove; and regular telephone satsangs, both coming soon.
