My vow is very succinct and is rooted in seeing the Divine in all, and in being of service where I might best serve.

Seven years ago I “received” four short devotional sentences, which now underpin my spiritual practice.

the long vow continues to serve me, because it unintentionally syncs up perfectly with a body prayer that I love, so it’s a beautiful way to begin my daily practice.

I vow to shine my light from a place of stillness and serenity, knowing that I am held in the loving embrace of a compassionate God, and all who hold me dear.
