Book a 1-to-1 Call

We know that taking the next step can feel like a big one. Whether you’re exploring the idea of ministry, have questions about the training, or simply want to speak to a real person before deciding anything, we’re here for that.

These one-to-one Zoom calls are gentle, informal conversations where you’re welcome to bring whatever is on your heart or mind. There is no pressure or expectation, just space to connect.

You’re warmly invited to book a time with one of our team members below.

Prefer a different way to connect?

We’re always happy to hear from you. If a Zoom call doesn’t suit, you’re welcome to:

Maddy (She/Her)

Learning Design Specialist

Maddy has always had a deep interest in spirituality and went on to complete a degree in Theology and Religious Studies. She trained and worked as a secondary school Religious Studies teacher before moving into SEN education, supporting young people with autism and witnessing first-hand the power of holistic approaches to learning.

Later, she returned to university and completed a master’s degree specialising in feminist Biblical studies, exploring themes of motherhood, identity, and Goddess spirituality.

Her lifelong passion for social justice drew her to OneSpirit, where she connects with others committed to building a compassionate and thriving global community.

When she’s not working, Maddy loves being outside and exploring the world with her young child. She treasures her travels, especially to India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, which taught her to find the sacred in the everyday.

Kim (She/Her)

Events & Programme Manager

Kim brings over 15 years of experience in operations management across charities and not-for-profits. She has a gift for creating easeful processes and offering grounded, thoughtful support. Whether untangling logistics or simply holding space, Kim has a way of seeing through to what really matters.

Originally from South Africa, Kim reflects deeply on the ways people become disconnected — from each other, from the natural world, and from themselves — and explores gentle pathways back into belonging. This curiosity has guided her into the practices of council, grief tending, and transformative justice.

Outside of work, Kim is a joyful mix of creativity and presence. She’s a passionate reader, a devoted Ashtanga yoga practitioner, a barefoot walker, and a wild swimmer. You might also find her hiking up mountains, dancing in her living room, tending to her succulents, or baking carrot cake for someone she loves.
