The Cultivation of Vital Energy is an ancient Chinese healing system that blends physical movement, breathing exercises, and meditation to cultivate, balance, and enhance Qi. Dating back thousands of years, it represents a broad spectrum of practices that emerged from the need to enhance health and longevity.
Cosmic Healing:
Tapping into Universal Energy Cosmic healing methods draw upon the vastness of universal energy, connecting practitioners to the cosmos and the natural world. This practice transcends physical boundaries and taps into spiritual sources of healing and transformation. The method focuses on channelling energy from the universe to address emotional, physical, and spiritual issues.
I host a free healing meditation every Monday evening at 7:30pm, all are welcome
