Sacred Soul Circle: Twice Monthly Interspiritual Prayer Circle

“Come, come, whoever you are: wanderer, worshipper, lover of leaving: ours is not a caravan of despair.”
— Rumi

There are moments in life when everything feels full. The pace, the noise, the constant movement of thought and responsibility. And within that, a quieter longing can begin to stir. A desire to pause. To breathe. To return to something more spacious and true.

Sacred Soul Circles were created as a place for that return.

Held twice each month in rhythm with the New Moon and Full Moon, these online gatherings offer a gentle, contemplative space to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the sacred in whatever way that is meaningful to you.

Guided by Rev. Eva Mary Spevack, each circle draws from a rich tapestry of spiritual traditions. Through prayer, readings, meditation, and shared presence, we come together not to perform or achieve, but simply to be. To rest, to listen, and to drink deeply from the many wells of wisdom that surround us. In a world that often asks us to keep going, these circles offer something different. A quiet invitation to soften. To step out of doing, and into being.

Who It Is For

Sacred Soul Circles are open to all.

Whether you are a minister, a student, or part of the wider OneSpirit community, you are warmly welcomed. There is no expectation, no requirement to be anything other than who you are in this moment. You may come seeking stillness, connection, reflection, or simply a pause in your day. Whatever brings you here is enough.

The Rhythm of the Circles

Each gathering is shaped by the natural energy of the moon, offering two distinct but complementary experiences across the month.

New Moon Circles

The New Moon invites us inward. These circles carry a quieter, more reflective energy. They are a space for rest, for gentle listening, and for noticing what is unfolding beneath the surface of your life.

Eva Mary will guide the session through meditation, prayer, and reflective offerings. There is no expectation to speak or share. You are simply invited to arrive as you are, and to receive.

Full Moon Circles

The Full Moon invites expression and connection. Alongside meditation and prayer, there is an opportunity for those who wish to share a poem, reading, prayer, or blessing with the group. This is always optional. You are equally welcome to remain in stillness and presence.

If you feel called to share, you are encouraged to let Eva Mary know in advance where possible, to support the gentle flow of the circle. There is also space for spontaneous contributions, time permitting. No one will ever be put on the spot.
