Welcome,
I am here with an open mind and listening heart, if you are feeling lost, out of place, alone, for you to feel heard, to have someone receive your story, free of any judgement on faith or life orientation.
I am an ordained Interfaith Minister graciously connected, within the existential authenticity of the OneSpirit Interfaith Foundation, to our community of kind, receptive interfaith ministers. I am a retired nurse, NHS manager and trauma resilience practitioner now fusing inspiring and rewarding life experience into my ministry and healthcare chaplaincy.
In holding space for you, I offer pastoral, clinical and trauma informed compassion and spiritual accompaniment, often for times where there are no answers, as in tragic circumstances you may have suffered or witnessed. For blue light workers, care responders and spiritual care givers, I offer support if consolation and relief beyond the challenging events and traumas of your work seems unreachable just now.
I do so acknowledging the sacredness of trusted connection and companionship we cherish with people and fellow creatures, in presence of the Divine of your understanding. I draw on the healing resilience of nature, valuing contemporary life and ancestral past, and the harmonious contribution this makes to our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and renewal, from soul to soul.
“Faith includes noticing the mess, the emptiness and discomfort,
and letting it be there until some light returns”
Ann Lamott (2006) ‘Plan B – Further thoughts on faith.
I extend amicable connection with everyone regardless of beliefs, practices or opinions to inspire tolerance and acceptance, in the name of love, respectful co-existence and unity.
Love and peace to you
