Life is full of important events and stages. Celebrations and rituals give meaning to these and offer us the chance to connect with our own deepest feelings, each other and the world around us. Some events are cause for great joy and celebration, others mark painful loses or the passing of time. Each one should be memorable, meaningful and personal. I delight in crafting ceremonies as unique and diverse as my clients, and holding listening spaces that welcome every part of what is being celebrated or the one being listened too.

I live in West Sussex, with the beautiful South Down on my doorstep. I started my career as a day centre organizer for social services before stepping into the charity sector supporting some of the most vulnerable people in our society. I have a Psychology degree as well as an MBA and now have nearly thirty years experience gained across the fields of mental health, personal development, deep listening, mindfulness and well-being,

My work has always been driven by my deep interest in spirituality and I was ordained in 2004 as a OneSpirit Interfaith Minister. I was Director of Services for The Samaritans for 11 years (1995 – 2006) and sat on various government and non-governmental agencies steering committees such as NHS Direct and Child-line.

I retired from my role as Director of Education for The OneSpirit Interfaith Foundation in March 2022 and before that role I spent many happy years as a tutor for OneSpirit’s Spiritual Development and Ministry training.

I have two grown-up children and three grandchildren. Relaxation takes the form of long walks with my dog Noodles, enjoying my family, reading, gardening and meditation.

What is consistent throughout my life and work is a devotion and commitment to celebrating life, being present and exploring life’s deeper meanings.

Guidance – counselling for couples, disability, sexual issues and dying.
