In this space, we begin where you are and follow what the moment asks for.
Your heart might call for ritual, ceremony, prayer, or deep stillness.
Your mind might need trancework, Spiritual Counselling, or space to speak and be heard.
We don’t force or perform. We simply respond.
My style is grounded, compassionate, direct, and reverent. I believe every person has an ancestral lineage, a unique medicine, and a truth that wants to be seen. I lean into presence, tenderness, honest care, and ritual as medicine.
In my practice, I draw upon different healing modalities, including ancestral wisdom, spiritual rituals, Quantum Healing Hypnosis, and modern therapeutic techniques. I am trained as a BWRT® (Brain Working Recursive Therapy) practitioner (general psychopathology), a Level 4 Therapeutic Counsellor, a qualified Holistic Life Coach, and an Integrative Hypnotherapist. I am also a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and the American Association of Hypnotherapy.
