My work as a OneSpirit Minister and OneSpirit accredited supervisor is supported by training in Gestalt therapy, spiritual healing and spiritual direction.
The main focus of my approach is to accompany you whilst you explore the meaning of your spiritual life and the impact it has on you, your relationships and working life. This exploration can take place whether you are rooted in a faith tradition or not.
The training as a OneSpirit Minister has given me a language to articulate the inner spiritual experience at the heart of all faith traditions, but I also draw on two other sources; my studies in Kabbalah which is the mystical aspect of Judaism, the religion of my birth and the other from training in non-denominational Christian spiritual direction.
I also design and conduct ceremonies and rituals which include baby blessings and naming ceremonies, adolescent and adult rites of passage, personalised healing rituals and funerals. I believe it important that when we come together to mark a significant moment in our lives, that the ceremony or ritual reflects what is meaningful to us and those we share the occasion. When there is understanding of the symbols in the ceremony or ritual, then healing transformation can take place.
I offer spiritual counselling, spiritual direction, supervision and healing sessions either face-to-face in the centre of London near Baker Street or by video conferencing such as Zoom or by phone. I meet 1:1 and with groups. I offer a sliding scale so you pay according to your resources. There is no charge for the initial session where we talk about what you would like to receive from our work together.
I work with people from all walks of life and backgrounds. Members of the LGBTIQA+ community are welcome.
