Training Options
OneSpirit honours both the head and the heart as holy ground. Our training offers a balance between process and study, emphasising the importance of both experiential and intellectual learning. At its heart, our training is built on the foundational stone of Deep Listening – deep listening to self, deep listening to each other, deep listening to Earth, and deep listening to the Spirit that resides in everything.
The purpose of our curriculum is to address and respond to the needs of the world, restoring our relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the earth, and ultimately seeing the oneness in all life. The underlying design of the curriculum acts as a catalyst for personal development, whether as preparation for stepping into ministry or to reclaim your authentic connection to life. Our aim is to support each student in their own awakening process, so that they may eventually support others to do the same.
This process of enquiry takes place on many levels, both within and without. Each student’s individual psycho-spiritual journey is supported by our evolving relationship with other students and tutors and by our relationship with the external world beyond OneSpirit. In order to meet each student’s unique journey, the curriculum provides a framework that is clear in its delivery, free in its creativity, and accountable to the needs of the world. That we also take this path within a passionate constellation of fellow travellers is part of an underlying commitment to co-creation and the rise of group consciousness.
Each year that we offer our training, we update our options to ensure they are relevant to the needs of our students and the wider public. For those who enrolled in 2023, we offered two newly designed pathways, the Aspen Path and the Sylvan Path. Both options were carefully created to offer different routes to ministry depending on how students learn best.

OPTION 1: ASPEN PATH
This option takes place completely online, delivered through live weekly webinars. It is focused on faith path exploration, and how this prepares you in holding space for others. The emphasis is on ministerial outreach through spiritual accompaniment and deep listening.
*Please note, that this path is closed as it was for the 2023 intake. Stay tuned for 2024’s options!

OPTION 2: SYLVAN PATH
This option takes place in person, delivered through three 5-day retreats each year. It is focused on exploring your own biography as mythology and how this prepares you to hold space for others. The emphasis is on deep listening, ceremony and ritual for ministry to make the ordinary sacred.
