welcome to onespirit interfaith foundation

Welcome to our educational charity, where we offer comprehensive training in interfaith ministry, spiritual guidance, sacred activism, and the mastery of ceremonial and ritual practices. We are deeply committed to exploring the richness of diverse faith traditions and global wisdom while promoting a universal spirituality that embraces all perspectives and paths.

This year, we are thrilled to offer our extensive 2-year ministry training programme completely online, and we have two fully funded spaces available for enrolment starting in October, available to members of the Alef Trust’s community. We are eager to extend this opportunity to passionate and dedicated individuals who are ready to make a difference in our world!

We believe this training can profoundly inspire and nurture future leaders in the healing community. Your participation not only supports these individuals but also strengthens our collective commitment to interfaith spiritual understanding and peace.

Ahead of our training each year, we offer complimentary ‘Intro Days,’ where you can learn more about our training, meet the tutor, ask your questions, and just get a better sense of who we are. We’d love to invite you to our last one of 2024 – more information below!

WHAT IS OUR SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT & MINISTRY TRAINING?

OneSpirit’s Spiritual Development and Ministry Training programme has emerged as a groundbreaking response to the ever-changing challenges of our contemporary world. With over 25 years of experience, we guide receptive individuals towards inner leadership development, tailoring our methods to address the evolving needs of humankind.

OneSpirit is not aligned with any one particular faith or spiritual path. We have a ‘pluralist’ approach, welcoming the diversity of all spiritual paths, and the particular insights as well as challenges that each offers. We also have a ‘non-proselytising’ approach, recognising that while all of us are free to have particular beliefs, this is not a place to tell each other what to think or believe. Rather, we encourage you to think for yourself, to be open-minded, and to deepen into your own spiritual path, if you have one, during your training.

We offer training for those who want to contribute towards the evolution of consciousness amongst humanity and deepen the expression of love, compassion and respect for self and others. Our Ministry training draws on the wisdom traditions inherent in the world’s many faith paths and explores the role of spiritual accompaniment, sacred activism, ritual, and ceremony in today’s world. Our curriculum is grounded in learning how to nurture our innate capacity for making peace with our experience of the world, and how to use these insights and skills in developing inner leadership.

This year, we’re beyond thrilled to offer the Birch Pathway – a fully online approach to our renowned training programme. Our 2-year training programme equips students with the skills and knowledge to serve as interfaith ministers and spiritual leaders. The course is designed for individuals passionate about fostering spiritual understanding and supporting diverse communities. For all the information you could ever need, and more, simply click here

"I have absolutely no regrets about undertaking this journey. Listen to your inner self and you'll know if it’s right for you. The journey will challenge you, but I can tell you - your classmates, tutors, and staff are there with you all the way, and they will help guide you and empower you. This has been the best decision I have ever made." – Michael, 2023 OneSpirit Graduate

"This course has revolutionised the way I think about people of different faiths and none. I’ve had to step inside different faiths rather than looking at them from the outside, it’s been a genuine encounter... To greet people where they are and have that personal encounter has really taught me that there is truth and value in all faiths and all approaches to spirituality. It’s been a wonderful journey and I feel like this is perhaps the first few steps of a much longer journey to come afterwards." – Linden, 2023 OneSpirit Graduate

"It's a live course that meets you where you are at. It is profoundly life-changing and takes deep commitment. I have come into myself, profoundly. It's let me give so much space to my own inner process that I feel I have much more room now to support others than when I joined. My path of service in the world has become clearer it is supporting my confidence to be seen in my gifts as an intuitive and sensitive earth-loving woman.." – Melanie, 2022 OneSpirit Graduate

"I have been torn apart and put back together humbled and stronger." – April, 2023 OneSpirit Graduate
