HOW TO APPLY
Wherever you are in your discernment, there’s a place to begin.
If you haven’t yet attended an Intro Day, we warmly recommend starting there. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure way to experience the spirit of OneSpirit, meet members of the teaching team, and get a genuine feel for the community before you commit to anything.
When you’re ready to apply, you’ll choose between the Willow Pathway (online and flexible) and the Sylvan Pathway (immersive and retreat-based at Florence House in Seaford, East Sussex). We encourage you to take a little time beforehand to review the course details and time commitment, and to reflect on whether this feels like the right moment. It’s also worth thinking about what support might serve you well alongside the training, whether that’s therapy, spiritual direction, or community care.
And if you’d simply like to talk things through first, Maddy offers one-to-one conversations for anyone exploring whether this training is the right next step. You’re also welcome to email us at enrolments@interfaithfoundation.org and a member of the team will be in touch.
However you choose to begin, you are welcome here.
We’ll be processing your application and contacting your references. Once we’ve received everything, you’ll receive an email from us confirming your progress and inviting you to sign your Training Agreement.
Join us for an Intro Day! It’s a fantastic chance to connect with others who are interested in the training, meet our tutors, current students, and ministers, and get answers to any questions you may have. We can’t wait to see you there!
Once you sign and return your Training Agreement, and pay the £250 deposit, your place on our training will be confirmed.
Additional Support
Full fee information is available in the prospectus for each pathway.

The deadline to apply for a bursary place is 1 September 2026. More information about the bursary can be found in the FAQ or on the Willow Pathway homepage.
