POST-TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
You might be curious about what follows the training. Since everyone enrols for their own reasons, a single answer doesn’t exist. For the planners out there, we know this may be a frustrating answer, BUT this diversity is what makes the training special! Our ministers are of service to people of all walks of life. What is consistent throughout is their shared devotion and commitment to celebrating life, supporting spiritual awakening and exploring life’s deeper meanings. Our graduates are all committed to living their calling authentically, so those who are drawn to our training enrol for a variety of reasons.
Graduates of our training often work in ‘secular‘ as well as ‘spiritual‘ roles. More than 1,000 individuals have completed our training and our graduates express their ministries in a wide variety of ways. Several of our graduates are involved in conducting weddings, funerals and blessing ceremonies as OneSpirit Interfaith Ministers or celebrants. Some have started their own centres, worship communities and spiritual education programmes. Others tend to offer spiritual counselling – either privately or in hospitals, hospices, prisons, colleges and schools. One’s ministry may manifest in public service for some, but may also take a more personal, private form for others…
CEREMONIES & RITUALS
Our skilled ministers work hard to create ceremonies that express your deepest emotions and personal beliefs. They carefully design each ritual to reflect your individual values and feelings. While not everyone’s ministry involves ceremonies and/or rituals, some of these services may include:

- Funerals: Respectful ceremonies that honour the deceased and provide comfort for the family.
- Baby Blessings: Celebrations of a new life filled with love and good wishes.

Our ministers offer support for deep thought and reflection. They create warm, welcoming environments where every emotion has a space. Not every graduate finds themselves working in the field of spiritual accompaniment, but these services often include:

- Holistic Support: Promoting wellness in mind, body, and spirit.

Our ministers who feel a calling to teaching, coaching, chaplaincy, and more may offer a variety of services to promote personal growth across different areas of life. These include services can include:
