Spiritual Development and Ministry Training 2026
A two year journey of personal growth, spiritual depth, and service
There are times in life when deeper questions begin to take shape. Questions about meaning, purpose, belonging, and how we might offer something of ourselves in a way that feels honest and sustainable. OneSpirit’s Spiritual Development and Ministry Training is designed for exactly this point of exploration.
The next training begins in autumn 2026 and completes in summer 2028. You do not need to follow a particular religion or have everything figured out before you begin. We honour all traditions and none, and welcome people from a wide range of starting points.
Across the two years, you will be part of a warm and supportive learning community, guided by experienced tutors, with space to deepen your capacity for presence, listening, and meaningful service. For some, this leads towards ordination as an interfaith minister. For others, it becomes a steady foundation for how they live, work, and care for those around them.
This year, you are invited to choose between two pathways:
- The Willow Pathway (Online) A flexible, connected learning experience built around live online sessions, with optional in-person and online modules. The Willow Pathway is designed for those who want to engage deeply without stepping away from everyday life, learning within a close-knit community from wherever you are in the world.
- The Sylvan Pathway (In Person) A deeply intimate, retreat-based experience held at Florence House in Seaford, East Sussex. This pathway offers an immersive, residential journey where learning unfolds through shared space, embodied practice, and the depth of real community connection. It is ideal for those who feel called to step away from everyday life and into a dedicated environment of reflection, presence, and inner transformation.

What a journey it’s been: rich, humbling, and deeply transformative. I can hardly believe how quickly this first year has passed.
