I entered OneSpirit Ministry training as I thought it would add structure to my adventure across the globe exploring spirituality, lost traditions, ancient rituals, and the everyday magic we humans have the power to create.
I got that, but I also got a deeper understanding of myself, a sharper view of how life had shaped my beliefs and perspectives, and how I can better relate to people from vastly different walks of life and faith paths.
I love the meaning of ministry. I identify as a minister, which means servant. Reverend, not so much, as no amount of training or study makes one person closer to spirit than another.
I minister through my writing and communities at Everyday Magic, my online publication, and the book series I’m working on now, “The Sacred Ordinary”, guiding women to return to their own authority.
My ministry is about helping others to discover the Everyday Magic in their own lives, and to learn to craft well-loved lives. Powerful, joyful and free.
I love the ritual and ceremony around transitions. Being born into a family and community, rites of passage as we advance through the stages of being human, joining together in love and commitment, and leaving this body for the next phase of life as an eternal soul.
I’ve been a nomad since late 2023 and am looking forward to being of service, in person, to people around the world.
