My ministry is dedicated to helping you recognise your inherent wholeness and essential goodness, especially amidst life’s changes and challenges. I welcome individuals of all faiths, including those who feel they have fallen through the cracks of their own religions and communities.
Through ceremonies, spiritual counseling, and sacred space holding, I facilitate opportunities for you to rediscover meaning and reconnect with yourself. These practices are deeply transformative and healing, allowing you to navigate life’s transitions with intention and grace.
In addition to being a One Spirit Interfaith Minister, I bring a wealth of experience as a qualified coach, conscious movement and yoga teacher, and practitioner of various healing modalities. Drawing from over 20 years in high-pressure corporate environments, as well as my journey as a mother and caregiver, I understand the importance of integrating spiritual practice into the wabi-sabi mess and magic of everyday life.
I offer you ease, attention and encouragement. I listen to you deeply, with an open and non-judgemental heart and mind; and hold you in the most positive regard; one that recognises and honours your innate goodness and wholeness.
