I’m taking a Sabbatical from Jan 1st – Sept 1st 2024, so won’t be doing any Ministerial, Spiritual Counselling or Supervision work during this time.
In whatever capacity I work, my intention is to assist people in connecting with the sacred within themselves and with others. Diversity can be honoured and differences dissolved through compassion, open enquiry and understanding. By listening deeply to every request, helping others to express what really matters, and having that witnessed from a place of love, everyone can benefit from the experience.
My aim is to support you in achieving your goal(s), encouraging a sharing that is safe and confidential. We explore your needs and issues in an open and relaxed manner. With kindness, deep inner listening and honest self-reflection come insights, trust and clarity. Finding ways to access wisdom, will help you to cope and navigate life ahead with confidence, helping you to be at home with yourself, to value the work you do, and to live every day in a meaningful way.
I live in Sussex, UK and am Canadian. As a Celebrant, I’ve led Funerals, Weddings, Baby Blessings and other ceremonies both in the UK and in Canada for 22 years. I’ve counselled and supervised people from all walks of life globally during this time, often supervising those who lead ceremonies in the UK and Ireland, remotely supervised therapists and supervisors of psychotherapists in various countries, and annually supervise OneSpirit Ministers in training.
Accreditations: BSc Psychology, BEd Teaching & Librarianship, Ordained Interfaith Minister through the OneSpirit Interfaith Foundation (OSIF) 2002, Centre for Supervision & Team Development (CSTD) Certificate in Supervision 2019, regular CPD & upgraded training in spirituality, psychotherapy skills and supervision every year
